This data is essential for executing your project and is shared internally with Decorpot team members (designers, project managers, and execution staff) assigned to your project.

Delivery Timeline:
Our standard timeline for delivery is 60 days from the day of payment of 60% of the total order value and design sign off. This includes procurement, production, multiple quality checks and installation by our trained team.
While we try to ensure that every home is delivered on-time, every time, due to unforeseen circumstances or disruption in the supply chain that is out of our control, there may be a delay in some cases whereby we will keep you informed at all times and try our best to deliver as fast as possible.
Return, Exchange & Refund
We understand that sometimes things simply don’t work out. At the time of delivery, if you receive a damaged or defective Decorpot product, or it doesn’t match our original specifications, Decorpot gives you the following options for returning the product:
Rectify/Replace the returned product
Exchange with another product, where if the new product exceeds the order value of the returned product, you will be required to pay the extra amount.if the order value of the new product is less than that of the returned product, we will not refund or return or exchange vailable.
You consent to receive communications from us by way of e-mails, phone calls and SMS’s with respect to your transactions on our Website. Users will be required to register their valid phone numbers and e-mail addresses to facilitate such communication. We may also use your e-mail address to send You updates, newsletters, changes to features of the Service, and the like to provide You better Services.
