  Are there any separate design and execution charges that are not mentioned in quote?
As a company policy we don’t believe in any hidden charges. Although there are no separate design charges, execution charges related to electrification, balcony designs etc. are provided on extra cost with prior information to customer to prevent any ambiguity. Also, we don’t take up plumbing and civil work.
  What if I choose not to go ahead with Decorpot at any stage after payments are done?
At Decorpot customer requirement is what drives our design ideas and hence we thrive to satisfy any demands that are design driven so that customer is satisfied post project delivery. Due to our belief in our process, we don’t entertain refunds or cancellations requests post order confirmation as a company policy.
  Is there anything you don't do as Interior Designers?
Well, design and customization are at the core of our company’s ideology, we don’t think there is anything or any specific design concept that can limit us.
  Can I customize and personalize the 3D designs?
Yes, we truly believe that you should be able to feel how your home will look actually once all design elements come together and hence provide personalized 3D designs post design being finalised.
  What if I don’t like the output suggested by a designer?
Even though we have a pretty skilled team under one roof, in case you don’t like the designs suggested by our design expert, the Design managers are looped in, who take your inputs and closely follow up with your design expert to get you the best output. In the unfortunate scenario of you still not liking the designs post same, we have an option to change the designer.
  What if I like a particular type of sofa/bed? Will you help me with any such requests in the design stage?
Since customization at will is our strength, such requests are always welcome and can be addressed as per the customer requirements.
  Do you provide any detailed drawings in design stage?
Since all drawings are done via Google Sketchup tool, the designs are quite elaborate and self-explanatory for easy understanding of our clients.
  What if I already have a few elements in my home (e.g. sofa or bed). Do I have to order that again due to design requirement?
Not necessarily. We always advise our clients to share the images of their existing furniture with the designer so that as a first approach our designers will try planning the design around same only. If existing design elements are to be changed based on new theme, same can be done based on customer requirements and subsequent approvals.
  Will my home look exactly the same like how it looks in design stage?
Yes, even though the designs are meant for illustration purposes only, our in-house team works meticulously to make your dream home a reality and ensures that your home looks like an exact replica.
  What is the payment schedule?
After initial discussion over project requirements, we commence design work with a token advance of 10% of the total estimated project value; post this, based on customer interactions with our experts, other payment terms are detailed in the final quotation.
  What can I expect in design stage from you?
In Design Stage, our design experts start shaping your ideas and inputs into actual designs. It is during this stage, that we suggest you changes in your designs based on various elements that contribute to same, so that you can choose the best outcome from the suggested options as per your likelihood
  Can I get only a part of my home designed by you?
Yes, you can always get a part of your lovely home designed by us, but the only constraint is that it should fit the minimum design requirement and order value.
  What are the timelines involved in execution stage?
We thrive to ensure that the interior project is delivered in time and follow a strict timeline of 60 days for production and execution post design being frozen.
  What to do in case there are any product issues that come up after execution stage?
Our workmanship is top notch and we ensure that both the execution and the item usage post same, are snag-less. Still we extend a 5 years warranty* on our workmanship, to take care of any snags that might happen under some unfortunate cases
  Will I be given a single point of contact/ SPOC in case of any escalations?
In usual cases, your design experts shall act as SPOC and prevent any unforeseen mishaps from occurring.
