As per company policies, no refunds can be given on order cancellation

There are no separate design charges , execution related to electrification, balcony designs will be provided on extra cost. We don’t take up plumbing and civil work.

Yes, personalized 3D designs can be provided, based on the design finalized

The design manager will be asked to take your inputs with regards to the designs. They will shadow the designer from there.If clients aren’t satisfied  with the designs post this, we have an option to change the designer.

Yes , such requests can be addressed and customized as per the customer requirements.

All the drawings will be done in a tool called Google sketchup, which will be in detail for the clients to understand the design

Not necessary. The clients can share the images existing furniture with the designer. They designing will be done based on the same. If it has to be changed then we can provide sofa and other furniture based on the theme of the house.

Our in-house designers would share multiple design options of your home.

Yes, but we do have minimum order value, if designs fits into the same than it can be done.

We have a timeline of 60 days for production and execution. 45 days + 15 days of grace period

We give warranty of 5 years*, so we shall take care if in case of any snags.
